Exchanges and Returns: Your Peace of Mind is Our Priority

We want you to love every detail of your Purapampa piece. We understand that alpaca is a noble material and that each handmade garment has a unique character ; however, your satisfaction is our most important priority.

If for any reason you need to make an exchange or return, here's how to do it simply and clearly.

1. Legal Guarantee (For Faults or Defects)

Your trust is crucial. If your product develops a manufacturing defect or fault within three months of receiving it, you have the right to choose one of the following options:

  • Free product repair.

  • Exchange for a new part.

  • Full refund of your money.

To start the process, just write to us at hola@purapampa.cl and our team will guide you. In some cases, the product will be subject to an evaluation to confirm the defect.

A garment is considered a fault or defect if it does not meet quality standards, does not match its description, or is not suitable for natural use.

2. If You Change Your Mind (Right of Withdrawal)

If the product didn't meet your expectations or you simply changed your mind, you have 10 days from the date of receipt to request a refund.

For a successful return, it is essential that:

  • The product is in perfect condition, unused and with its original labels.

  • Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.

This option does not apply to discounted or personalized products.
