Welcome to Purapampa.cl. These Terms and Conditions govern access to and use in Chile by any natural person (end consumer), hereinafter the "User," of the Purapampa.cl online store, which can be accessed through our website www.purapampa.cl .
In this way, the User accepts the terms and conditions established in this instrument, and expresses his or her agreement with them.
On this site, you can use our software free of charge to visit, compare, and purchase, if you wish, the products and services displayed here.
We recommend that you read these terms and conditions carefully.
These Terms and Conditions will apply to and be deemed incorporated into all purchases and services you contract with Purapampa.cl, under the laws of the Republic of Chile.
COMMUNICATIONS
All promotional or advertising communications sent electronically from this site will indicate the subject matter, our identity as the sender, and a link so the recipient can request suspension of these communications and print a receipt for their request. This will result in the suspension of messages to anyone who has requested it within a maximum of 5 business days.

YOUR ACCOUNT OR REGISTRATION ON THE PLATFORM
You can create a personal account on our website by completing the form available on the website and clicking on the corresponding field. You will then need to register a password or secret key.
This account is not required to register on the website, but it allows for personalized, confidential, and secure access.
You must maintain the confidentiality of your password registered on this website and ensure access to your computer or mobile device is protected. If you wish, you may change your password by following the procedure established on the website.
FREEDOM TO BROWSE AND COMPARE PRODUCTS AND SERVICES
Simply visiting this site does not impose any obligation on you, unless you have unequivocally expressed, through positive actions, your willingness to purchase certain goods or services, in the manner indicated in these Terms and Conditions.
Sales through this site are only for individuals over the age of 18. If you are under 18, purchases may only be made by your parent or legal guardian.
HOW TO PURCHASE OR CONTRACT SERVICES ON THIS SITE
To make purchases or contract services on this site, you must follow the following steps by clicking on the respective field:
- Select the products or services you are interested in and add them to your shopping bag.
- Enter your email address and personal information. If you're not registered on the site and would like to do so, please use our registration form;
- Select the type of delivery and one of the payment methods available on the site;
- Make the payment in Mercado Pago through the platform;
- Once you place your purchase order, a description of the selected products or services, their price, delivery address, total transaction value, and other terms and conditions of your purchase order will appear on your screen. You can save and print the details. You will also receive a unique purchase order number, which you can use to track your purchase. We will send this information to the email address you entered.
- Your purchase order will automatically undergo a process to confirm your identity and personal information, safeguarding your security, as well as your personal information, delivery information, availability information, and more.
- Once you successfully complete the conditions in the previous section, the purchase will be generated, we will send you the corresponding invoice electronically, and the product will be shipped to you according to the shipping method and destination you have selected.
EXCHANGES AND RETURNS
If the product presents defects or faults within three months of receiving it, you can choose between free repair, or, upon return, an exchange or a refund of the amount paid, provided the product has not been damaged due to an act attributable to the User, in accordance with the terms established by Law 19.496. You can bring it directly to our stores or contact hola@purapampa.cl to send us the product. It will be subject to evaluation for remote exchange or refund.
If your product has a manufacturer's warranty, the warranty period will apply, if longer, but solely and exclusively for the purposes of the manufacturer's warranty, under its own terms and conditions. Consequently, this does not extend the statutory warranty. However, if the product is perishable or is naturally intended to be used or consumed within a short period, the return period will be as printed on the product or its packaging or, failing that, 7 days. All such periods will be suspended for the time the product is being repaired under its warranty, and until the repair is completed.
A fault or defect will be considered to exist:
a) If the products subject to mandatory safety or quality standards do not meet the corresponding specifications; b) If the materials, parts, pieces, elements, substances or ingredients that constitute or integrate the products do not correspond to the specifications they display or to the labeling; c) If any product, due to manufacturing, processing, materials, parts, pieces, elements, substances, ingredients, structure, quality or sanitary conditions deficiencies, in any of its production stages or processes, is not entirely suitable for the use or consumption for which it is intended or that the supplier has indicated in its advertising; d) If the supplier has not informed consumers of the period or term during which they are usable or consumable; e) If the product, due to its use or the action of any foreign element, substance or part, is harmful to the health of consumers or users; f) If the product lacks the mentions or data that it should have according to the information normally provided about them; g) If after the first time the guarantee has been made effective and the good has been repaired, it again presents the same fault or defect and as a result, the good must be repaired again.
Additionally, you can return any product within 10 days of receiving it if it doesn't meet your expectations, if you regret the purchase, or for any other reason not attributable to the product's quality.
Products that have been customized, that are susceptible to immediate reproduction or copying, or that cannot be exercised for hygiene or health reasons, will not be eligible for the right of withdrawal.
Acceptance of the return will be subject to verification that the product has not been damaged due to a cause attributable to the consumer. If the return is accepted, the products must be returned in perfect condition, unused, and with the original tags attached.
The User must bear the return costs.
APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION
This contract shall be governed by the law of the Republic of Chile. The parties may submit any disputes to the Ordinary Courts of Santiago or to arbitration before the Santiago Chamber of Commerce.

MODIFICATION OF TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Purapampa.cl reserves the right to modify the terms, conditions, and privacy policies stated on this site at any time and without prior notice.
