Each Purapampa piece is created with time and dedication. The journey it takes to reach you is the final stage of this process, and we want it to be an experience as special and thoughtful as its creation.

Here's how it works:

Preparing Your Order Carefully

Once your purchase is confirmed, we prepare your item with the utmost care for its journey. Our goal is to deliver it to the courier within 24 business hours .

During high-demand events, such as CYBER or SALE, the care and attention we put into each order remains intact. This may extend the preparation time to 5 to 10 business days . We deeply appreciate your patience during these periods; your piece is being prepared to begin its journey as soon as possible.

Follow Your Garment's Journey

When your purchase begins its journey, you'll receive an email with the shipping order number. This number (separate from your order number) will allow you to track the location of your package in real time, following it until it reaches you.
